MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with this Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, best 5.7 ammo but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly
